Question 1: What is the first step to learn how you can help with our project needs?
Answer: You can either give us a call or easily send us a “Request for a Quote” online. We’ll get back to you the same day. Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM on weekdays.
Question 2: How does the process work?
Answer: We start by reviewing your project needs and then provide a free proposal. Once you accept it, our drilling department will send a crew to your site to drill one or two holes for undisturbed and bulk samples. These samples are analyzed in our in-house laboratory, and based on the results, we provide detailed recommendations.
Question 3: How soon can you start?
Answer: We can begin right after the contract is signed. Since we have our own laboratory, we’re able to offer a fast turnaround time.
